Effect of Biatain Silicone Foam Dressing combined with Debridement Glue in the treatment of stage 3 and 4 stress injury |

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Biatain Silicone Foam Dressing combined with Debridement Glue in the treatment of stage 3 and 4 stress injury.Methods A total of 80 patients with stage 3 and 4 stress injury admitted to Ganzhou People′s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Biltan Silicone Foam Dressing combined with Debridement Glue,and the control group with Silver Ion Dressing combined with foam dressing,both groups were treated with continuous intervention for 30 d.Clinical treatment effect,granulation tissue covering time of wound,diameter reduction time,wound healing time,dressing change pain score,dressing change frequency and inpatient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),the granulation tissue covering time,diameter reduction time and wound healing time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The pain score and frequency of dressing change in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Biatain Silicone Foam Dressing combined with Debridement Glue in the treatment of patients with stage 3 and 4 pressure injury is remarkable,which is beneficial to shorten the time of granulation tissue covering wound,diameter reduction time,wound healing time,promote wound healing quickly,relieve patient pain and improve patient satisfaction.
