心理护理联合新生儿早吸吮对产后出血的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing combined with early newborn suckling on postpartum hemorrhage of primipara during vaginal delivery.Methods A total of 400 parturients admitted to Xinyu Maternity and Child Health Hospital, Jiangxi Province from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group by two-color ball throwing, 200 cases in each group.In the control group, routine nursing midwifery and postpartum nursing were used.On the basis of the control group, parturients in the experimental group were given psychological nursing and early suckling of the newborn.The outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results The labor time, placenta delivery time and lactation initiation time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, with statistical differences (P＜0.05).The bleeding volume 2 hours after delivery in the experimental group was less than that of the control group, the postpartum lactation volume was more than that of the control group, with statistical differences (P＜0.05).There was no difference in the negative emotion scores of the two groups before intervention (P＞0.05).The negative emotion scores of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, the negative emotion scores of the experimental group after intervention were lower than those of the control group, with statistical differences (P＜0.05).The postpartum hemorrhage rate, postpartum depression rate, and postpartum anxiety rate of the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion The basic nursing intervention for parturients from vaginal delivery combined with psychological nursing and early neonatal sucking can promote uterine contractions, improve the negative emotions of the parturients, and reduce the rate of postpartum hemorrhage and postpartum depression.
