综合护理在康复新液配合红外线治疗压疮患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of pressure ulcer patients with Kangfuxin Solution and infrared ray.Methods From June 2016 to March 2018, 60 patients with pressure sore treated in Yichun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Jiangxi Province were selected as the research objects.All patients were treated with Kangfuxin Solution and infrared ray.On this basis, nursing work was carried out.According to the method of random comprehensive balance, they were divided into group A (30 cases) and group B (30 cases).Group A adopted routine nursing method and group B adopted comprehensive nursing method.The compliance, selfrating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing total compliance of group B was higher than that of group A, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Before the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups had no significant difference (P＞0.05);after the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of group B were lower than those of group A, the scores of SAS and SDS of two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05) The total nursing satisfaction of group B was higher than that of group A, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing method in the process of Kangfuxin Solution combined with infrared ray in the treatment of pressure ulcer can effectively improve the nursing compliance of patients and improve their bad emotions.Patients and their families are satisfied with the nursing work.
