预见性护理在腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 92 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer in Yingkou Central Hospital, Liaoning Province from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method, 46 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were provided with routine perioperative nursing intervention, and in the observation group, predictive nursing was used until discharge.The operation status and the incidence of complications in the two groups were compared.Results The amount of bleeding in the observation group was (71.64±9.77) mL, less than that in the control group of (76.79±10.02) mL, the operation time, first getting out of bed, bowel movement, and first exhaust time were (138.25±13.91) min, (25.13±3.78) h,(26.04±4.15) h, and (34.36±5.52) h, shorter than those in the control group of (145.54±14.15) min, (29.50±5.19) h,(30.22±5.37) h, and (39.11±6.08) h, with statistical differences (P＜0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.35%, lower than that in the control group accounting for 17.39%, with statistical difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of predictive nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer can reduce surgical bleeding, shorten the operation time, time to get out of bed, and gastrointestinal recovery time, and decrease the incidence of complications.
