| Application of high-quality nursing in children with pneumonia |

Abstract Objective To explore the application of high-quality nursing in children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 92 cases of pediatric pneumonia patients admitted to Shenyang Children′s Hospital from September 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into reference group (46 cases) and high-quality nursing group (46 cases) according to odd-even grouping.After the implementation of different care models,the effect was compared.Results The time of disappearance of cough,the time of disappearance of lung rale,the time of normal body temperature and the length of hospital stay in the high-quality nursing group were shorter than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the highquality nursing group was lower than that in the reference group (P＜0.05).After nursing,the first-second forced expiratory volume and forced vital capacity of the high-quality nursing group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional nursing model,high-quality nursing has obvious clinical advantages in pediatric pneumonia nursing,which can shorten the disappearance time of various symptoms,reduce the incidence of complications,and effectively improve the lung function of patients.It is recommended to promote the application.
