心理护理在四肢骨折患者护理中的应用及其对疼痛的影响

Abstract Objective To study and analyze the application effect of psychological nursing in the nursing of patients with limb fracture and its influence on pain.Methods From June 2019 to may 2020,94 cases of limb fracture patients treated in Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,47 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given psychological nursing.The visual analogue scale (VAS),self rating anxiety scale (SAS),self rating depression scale (SDS),activities of daily living Barthel index scale (BI) and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there were no significant difference in VAS,SDS,SAS scores and BI index between the two groups (P＞0.05); after nursing,the VAS,SDS,SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the BI index was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group (93.62%) was higher than that of the control group (74.47%),the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application effect of psychological nursing is helpful to improve nursing satisfaction,relieve pain and improve life ability of patients with limb fracture.
