风湿性疾病合并感染患者血清铁蛋白、降钙素原、C反应蛋白和白介素6的表达及临床意义

Abstract Objective To investigate the significance of serum ferritin (SF), procalcitonin (PCT), C-reactive protein(CRP) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in the diagnosis of rheumatic disease coinfection. Methods A total of 60 patients with rheumatic disease coinfection who were admitted to Yunfu People′s Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were retrospectively enrolled as the infected group, another 60 patients with rheumatic disease who were treated in the same period were selected as the non-infection group. The SF, PCT, CRP and IL-6 levels in two groups were comparatively analyzed. Results The levels of CRP, IL-6, SF and PCT in the infected group were higher than those in the noninfected group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The positive rates of SF, PCT, CRP and IL-6 in the infected group were higher than those in the non-infected group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The levels of SF, PCT, CRP and IL-6 are significantly increased in patients with rheumatic diseases coinfection, and they can be used to assist in the diagnosis of secondary infections combined with the clinical symptoms. It is of great significance for the differential diagnosis of rheumatic diseases combined with infection.
