胚胎反复移植失败患者焦虑和抑郁症状与自我效能感的相关性分析及护理对策

Abstract Objective To study the correlation between anxiety and depression symptoms and self-efficacy in patients with repeated embryo transplantation failure,and to further explore feasible psychological nursing countermeasures.Methods A total of 220 patients with repeated embryo transplantation failure in the Reproductive Medicine Center of Shenyang Women′s and Children′s Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as research objects.General information questionnaire,general self-efficacy scale and hospital anxiety and depression scale were used to investigate.Results Among 220 patients with repeated embryo transplantation failure,according to the criteria of hospital anxiety and depression form,all the patients were divided into the anxiety group (115 cases) and the non-anxiety group (105 cases),the depression group (148 cases) and the non-depression group (72 cases),the anxiety with depression group (95 cases) and the non-complication group (125 cases).The self-efficacy score of the anxiety group was lower than that of the non-anxiety group,the self-efficacy score of the depression group was lower than that of the nondepression group,and the self-efficacy score of the anxiety with depression group was lower than that of the non-complication group,all the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Both anxiety and depressive symptoms were negatively correlated with self-efficacy (r=-0.172,-0.233,P＜0.05).Conclusion Nurses should take positive and correct nursing countermeasures to relieve or eliminate anxiety and depression of patients with repeated embryo transplantation failure,to improve their sense of self-efficacy,and to improve their psychological health.
