低频超声治疗化疗性静脉炎的实验研究

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of low-frequency ultrasound in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced phlebitis and its influence on inflammatory indexes, so as to provide experimental basis for the mechanism research of chemotherapy phlebitis. Methods A total of 40 male SD rats were selected and divided into the blank control group,the model group, the Hirudoid Cream treatment group and the low-frequency ultrasound treatment group according to the random number table method, 10 rats in each group. Except for the blank control group, the last 3 groups were all injected with Vinorelbine through tail vein to establish an animal model of chemotherapy-induced phlebitis. The blank control group and the model group were not treated. The Hirudoid Cream treatment group was treated for 3 consecutive days by Hirudoid Cream. The Low-frequency ultrasound treatment group was treated for 3 consecutive days by lowfrequency ultrasound, 30 min each time. The changes of local appearance and pathomorphology of the injection site of tail vein were observed, and the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in peripheral blood serum were detected. Results Compared with the blank control group, the model group showed obvious venous inflammation. The levels of TNF-α in the model group was higher than that in the blank control group, while the level of IL-6 in the model group was lower than that in the blank control group (P＜0.05). Compared with the model group,the Hirudoid Cream treatment group and the low-frequency ultrasound treatment group showed a significant improvement in inflammation. The levels of TNF-α in the both treatment group were lower than those in the model group,while the serum levels of IL-6 in the both treatment group were higher than those in the model group (P＜0.05). There were no significant differences in the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 between the Hirudoid Cream treatment group and the low-frequency ultrasound treatment group (P＞0.05). Conclusion Low-frequency ultrasound alleviates the damage of chemotherapy-induced phlebitis by down regulating the level of TNF-α and increasing the level of IL-6.
