超声引导下星状神经节置管连续阻滞治疗头颈部带状疱疹后神经痛的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided continuous stellate ganglion catheter block in the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia （PHN）. Methods A total of 80 patients with head and neck PHN admitted to Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Jiangxi Province from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional drugs, and the observation group was treated with conventional drugs combined with continuous stellate ganglion catheterization. The visual analogue scale (VAS) and emotional score (ES) of the two groups of patients before and at 1, 7, 14, and 28 days after treatment were compared.The improvement of patients was evaluated. Results The VAS and ES scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 7, 14 and 28 days after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 92.5%, which was higher than that of the control group of 77.5%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined effect of drugs combined with ultrasound-guided continuous stellate ganglion catheter for the treatment of PHN is better than Western medicine alone, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
