羟氯喹治疗慢性光化性皮炎的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Hydroxychloroquine in the treatment of chronic actinic dermatitis. Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic actinic dermatitis admitted to Shenyang Seventh People′s Hospital, Liaoning Province from August 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects. According to the random envelope method,they were divided into control group(50 cases)and experimental group(50 cases).The control group was treated with Tacrolimus Ointment and the experimental group was treated with Hydroxychloroquine. The symptoms and signs score,dermatology life quality index(DLQI)scale score,clinical treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference the symptoms and signs score between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05).The scores of symptoms and signs of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, the score of symptoms and signs in the experimental group was (3.45±0.55) points, lower than that in the control group of (5.65±0.80) points, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in DLQI score between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05). The DLQI scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, the DLQI score of the experimental group was (6.50±0.80)points, lower than that of the control group of (9.55±0.90) points, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was 96.00%, higher than that of the control group 80.00%, the total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 2.00%, lower than that of the control group of 14.00%, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of Hydroxychloroquine in the treatment of chronic actinic dermatitis is accurate, it can improve the relevant clinical symptoms and signs, improve the quality of life of skin diseases, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low, it is worth clinical promotion.
