华蟾素片对晚期肺癌患者凝血状态及生活质量的干预效果

Abstract Objective To analyze the intervention effect of Cinobufotalin Tablets on the coagulation status and quality of life in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods A total of 122 patients with advanced lung cancer who were admitted to the Department of Oncology of Fushun Central Hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,61 cases in each group.In the control group,chemotherapy treatment was used,while in the study group,patients received Cinobufotalin Tablets combined with chemotherapy.The coagulation status,quality of life rating scale(SF-36) score,pain numerical rating scale (NRS) score,and therapeutic efficacy before treatment and after 3 cycles of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in platelet (PLT),D-dimer,SF-36 score,plasma fibrinogen (FIB) and NRS between the two groups (P＞0.05).After treatment,PLT,D-dimer and FIB of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The treatment effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,the SF-36 score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The NRS score of the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Treating patients with advanced lung cancer adding Cinobufotalin Tablets can effectively improve the coagulation status of the patients,reduce their pain,and enhance the clinical efficacy and quality of life.
