噻托溴铵联合补肺活血胶囊对尘肺病患者生命质量及呼吸功能的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of Tiotropium Bromide combined with Bufei Huoxue Capsules on quality of life and respiratory function in patients with pneumoconiosis.Methods A total of 80 patients with pneumoconiosis admitted to Ganzhou Fifth People′s Hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, with 40 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with Tiotropium Bromide combined with Bufei Huoxue Capsules, and the control group was treated with Tiotropium Bromide.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Quality of life(6-minute walk test [6MWT]distance, Brog dyspnea score, St.George′s respiratory questionnaire [SGRQ]score) and respiratory function (forced expiratory volume in first second [FEV1], diffusion capacity for carbon monoxide [DLCO])were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment, the distance of 6MWT in both groups was longer than that before treatment, Brog and SGRQ scores were lower than those before treatment, and the distance of 6MWT in the observation group was longer than that in the control group, and the Brog and SGRQ scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were significant statistically(P＜0.05).After treatment, FEV1 and DLCO levels in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and FEV1 and DLCO levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were significant statistically (P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with pneumoconiosis, Tiotropium Bromide combined with Bufei Huoxue Capsules can improve their life quality and respiratory function.
