膝关节封闭实验在膝关节骨性关节炎微创治疗中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the application effect of knee joint closure experiment in minimally invasive treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of TCM from January 2015 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional minimally invasive treatment,and patients in the observation group were treated with minimally invasive knee joint closed experiment.The curative effect,the knee pain degree score,joint Lysholm score,a short form of the arthritis impact measurement scales 2 (AIMS2-SF) score,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) level before and after treatment,time for knee osteoarthritis pain to disappear and time for joint range of motion recovery were compared between the two groups.Results The total effect rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in knee pain degree score,joint Lysholm score,AIMS2-SF score and hs-CRP level between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05).After treatment,the Lysholm score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the knee joint pain score,AIMS2-SF score and hs-CRP level were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The time for knee osteoarthritis pain to disappear and joint range of motion recovery in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive treatment of knee joint closed experiment for patients with knee osteoarthritis can obtain a favorable effect on alleviating pain,controlling inflammation,improving joint function,and ameliorating the quality of life of the patients.
