腹腔镜治疗复杂困难胆囊结石的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopy in the treatment of complex difficult cholelithiasis.Methods A total of 378 patients with complex difficult cholelithiasis in Zhangye People′s Hospital of Hexi University from January 2012 and December 2019 were selected and divided into experimental group (192 cases) and control group (186 cases) according to random number table method.Experimental group used laparoscopy cholecystectomy,the control group used open cholecystectomy.The operative time and biliary tract injury,choledocholithiasis residue,incidence of incision infection,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative hospitalization time and total incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative bleeding in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,postoperative hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group,and total incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the operation time and the incidence of biliary tract injury,choledocholithiasis residue and incision infection between the two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with open cholecystectomy,laparoscopic cholecystectomy for complex difficult cholelithiasis has lower intraoperative bleeding,postoperative hospitalization time and total incidence of postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
