| Application effect of intraoperative compound heat preservation nursing model in general surgery patients |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of intraoperative compound heat preservation nursing model in general surgery patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with general surgery who were admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Fuzhou from February 2018 to March 2020 were selected as research objects.According to the different nursing method,they were divided into the control group (60 cases) and the observation group (60 cases).Patients in the control group received routine nursing,and in the observation group,routine nursing combined with compound heat preservation nursing was used.The perioperative temperature,postoperative infection,comfort and nursing satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative 0.5 h and postoperative body temperatures of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The incidence rates of intraoperative hypothermia and postoperative infection (1.67%,3.33%) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (16.67%,15.00%),and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The comfort and nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of intraoperative compound thermal insulation nursing mode in general surgery patients can maintain the patient′s body temperature stability,reduce the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia and postoperative infection,and improve patient comfort and nursing satisfaction.
