穴位按摩联合舌操对脑卒中吞咽障碍的效果观察

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of acupoint massage combined with tongue exercise in stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods A total of 80 stroke patients with dysphagia admitted to Yunfu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to March 2020 were selected,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,40 cases in each group.Both groups were given swallowing function training,the control group was given basic tongue exercise training and related psychological nursing,while the study group was given acupoint massage on the basis of basic tongue exercise training and related psychological nursing.The clinical effect,standard swallowing energy scale score and micronutrient assessment (MNA) rating of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).The standard swallowing energy scale scores of the study group at 2 and 4 weeks of treatment were lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05).The nutrition of the study group was better than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with tongue exercise can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of stroke dysphagia,greatly improve the patients′ own nutritional level and promote the effective recovery of swallowing function of the body,with ideal clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
