标准化沟通模式交接方法在预防急危重症带管患者非计划拔管中的应用

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of handover with standardized communication mode in preventing unplanned extubation of patients with acute and critical diseases.Methods The clinical data of 84 cases with intubation in Department of emergency and Critical Medical in Pingxiang No.2 People′s Hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were analyzed retrospectively.A total of 44 patients with intubation in the Department of Emergency in Pingxiang No.2 People′s Hospital from January 2019 to July 2019 were selected as the control group.A total of 40 patients with intubation in Department of Emergency and Intensive Care Unit in Pingxiang No.2 People′s Hospital from August 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the experimental group.In the control group,traditional handover was used,and in the experimental group,handover with standardized communication mode was adopted.The hospital stay,hospitalization expenses,incidence of unplanned extubation,and total incidence of complications between the two groups were compared.Results The hospital stay in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and hospitalization expenses was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The unplanned extubation rate and the unplanned extubation rate of gastrointestinal tube in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of complication in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Handover with standardized communication mode can prevent and reduce unplanned extubation in patients with an acute and critical disease,shorten the hospital stay,reduce hospitalization expenses,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
