| Application of modified Sedinger intubation intrathecal sheath expansion in PICC catheterization of breast cancer patients |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of modified Seedinger intubation sheath expansion in peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) of breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 60 cases of breast cancer patients who received PICC catheterization from June 2019 to June 2020 in Pingxiang People′s Hospital were selected as the research object,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases each,two groups patients underwent B-ultrasound with modified Sedinger puncture technique for PICC catheterization,the control group was treated with scalpel skin expansion,and the observation group was treated with intrathecal intrathecal sheath expansion.The amount of immediate blood loss,the amount of blood oozing in 24 hours after catheterization,the average number of dressing changes within 1 week after catheterization,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the degree of immediate bleeding,the proportion of patients with a small amount of bleeding in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05);compared with the degree of bleeding,the proportion of patients with a small amount of bleeding in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);within 1 week after tube insertion,the average number of dressing changes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Modified Seedinger intrathecal intrathecal sheath expansion is ideal for breast cancer patients with PICC catheterization,which can significantly reduce the patient′s immediate bleeding volume and oozing volume,and can also reduce the number of patients′ dressing changes.It can close the relationship between nurses and patients,improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing services,can be used in clinical promotion.
