| Case analysis of suspected pneumoconiosis in Pingxiang City in 2016 |

Abstract ObjectiveTo understand the detection situation of suspected pneumoconiosis in Pingxiang City in 2016.MethodsData of suspected pneumoconiosis cases in Pingxiang City were collected and analyzed statistically in 2016.ResultsA total of 74 suspected pneumoconiosis cases were found,and 57 were diagnosed in Pingxiang City in 2016.Suspected pneumoconiosis cases were covered by multiple diseases,including coal pneumoconiosis (62.16%),potter′s pneumoconiosis(9.46%),Silicosis(25.68%),cement pneumoconiosis(2.70%)and so on,the confirmed cases were mainly coal workers′pneumoconiosis;suspected cases and confirmed cases were distributed differently in the counties,suspected cases of pneumoconiosis were concentrated in small and medium-sized private enterprises(87.84%),while the confirmed cases were concentrated in large state-owned enterprises(68.42%),most of which are mining and manufacturing industries.ConclusionPneumoconiosis in Pingxiang City is still in a high incidence in a certain period of time,the prevention and treatment of pneumoconiosis should not only focus on coal miner′s disease,but also pay attention to ceramics,cement,fireworks and other industries,especially,the intensity of prevention and control of small and medium-sized enterprises should strengthen.
