健康教育结合疼痛护理对包皮环切术患儿康复效果的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the influence of health education combined with pain nursing on the rehabilitation effect of children undergoing circumcision.Methods From January 2017 to July 2018,138 children circumcision in pediatric surgery of Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College were selected as nursing objects from January 2017 to July 2018.The children were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 69 cases in each group.The children in the control group received routine nursing,while the children in the observation group received health education combined with pain nursing.The fear situation of the two groups was compared.The pain scores of the two groups were compared at different postoperative time(6,24,48 h after surgery).The total incidence of postoperative complications was compared between the two groups.Results The fear situation of children in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 24 and 48 h after surgery,the pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education combined with pain nursing was effective to improve the rehabilitation effect of children undergoing circumcision.
