妊娠期高血压疾病合并妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症对妊娠结局的临床分析

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of pregnancy-induced hypertension combined with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy on pregnancy outcome.Methods A total of 31 patients with gestational hypertension complicated with intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy were selected as the study group from December 2016 to December 2017,and 31 healthy pregnant women who came to our hospital for pregnancy examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Pregnancy outcomes and perinatal complications of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes of premature rupture of membranes,cesarean section,preterm delivery and cloudy amniotic fluid in the study group were higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of perinatal complications in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnancy-induced hypertension and intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy can increase the incidence of maternal adverse pregnancy,which not only threatens the life of pregnant women but also affects the safety and health of perinatal children.Therefore,pregnant women who have this condition should be clinically performed.Active and effective treatment to reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
