输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗嵌顿性输尿管结石合并炎性息肉的效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of incarcerated ureteral calculi complicated with inflammatory polyps.Methods A total of 72 patients with invasive ureteral calculi complicated with inflammatory polyps admitted to the Fifth People′s Hospital of Foshan City from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as subjects.The 72 patients were divided into control group (36 cases)and observation group (36 cases)by random number table method.Patients in the control group underwent routine open surgery,and patients in the observation group were treated with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.The clinical indicators,clinical efficacy and postoperative adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The duration of surgery,the time of postoperative spontaneous recovery,and the length of hospital stay were shorter in the observation group than those in the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy is effective in the treatment of patients with invasive ureteral calculi complicated with inflammatory polyps.This procedure has high clinical value and safety.
