| Influence of cooperative nursing intervention on negative emotion,hip joint function and quality of life of elderly patients after total hip rep lacement |

Abstract Objective To explore the influence of cooperative nursing intervention on negative emotion,hip joint function and quality of life of elderly patients after total hip replacement(THA).Methods From March 2018 to March 2019,60 elderly patientswho underwent THA in our hospitalwere selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the control group and the intervention group by the random number tablemethod,30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the patients in the intervention group were given cooperative nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The depression,anxiety scores,hip joint function scores and quality of life scoreswere compared between the two groups at 1,3and 6months after intervention.Results The scores of depression and anxiety in the two groups at 1,3and 6months after intervention were lower than those before intervention,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).The scores of depression and anxiety in the two groups at3and 6months after intervention were lower than those at 1month after intervention,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).The scores of depression and anxiety in the two groups at 6months after intervention were lower than those at 3months after intervention,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).The scores of depression and anxiety in the observation group at 1,3and 6months after intervention were lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).The Harris hip joint function score and SF-36score of the two groups at 3and 6months after intervention were higher than those at 1month after intervention,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).The Harris hip joint function score and SF-36score in the two groups at 6months after intervention were higher than those at 3months after intervention,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).The SF-36score of the two groups at 1,3and 6months after intervention were higher than those before intervention,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).The Harris hip joint function score and SF-36score in the observation group at 1,3and 6months after intervention were higher than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion Cooperative nursing intervention can significantly improve the negative emotions,hip joint function and quality of life of the elderly patients after THA,which isworthy of clinical promotion and application.
