质量管理工具在降低住院患者跌倒发生率中的应用

Abstract Objective To explore the application value of qualitymanagement tools in reducing the incidence of falls in inpatients.Methods From January to December 2017,1550 inpatients in respiratory medicine were selected as the subjects of study (before implementation group),and nomanagement had been implemented.And 1930 inpatients in respiratorymedicine from January to December 2018 were selected as the subjects of study(after implementation group),and qualitymanagement toolswere given.And the incidence of falls,patients′total satisfaction,fall quality(the correct rate of fall risk assessment in hospital,the rate of fall prevention nursing reaching the standard)between the two groups were observed and evaluated.And the fall injury degree and severity assessment code(SAC)of adverse events of fall patients in the two groupswere compared.Results The incidence of falls in the after implementation group was lower than that in the before implementation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the after implementation group was higher than that in the before implementation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The correct rate of fall risk assessment in hospital and the rate of fall prevention nursing reaching the standard of fall-prevention nursing in patients in the after implementation group were higher than those in thebefore implementation group,and the differenceswere statistically significant(P＜0.05).Therewere no significant differences in the degree of fall injury and SAC grading of fall patients between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The application of qualitymanagement tools in inpatients is beneficial to reduce the incidence of falls and has a positive effecton improving the satisfaction of patients.It isworthy of clinical application and promotion.
