血栓弹力图在凝血功能检测中的应用研究进展

Abstract Platelet aggregation is an important physiological characteristic of platelets involved in hemostasis and thrombosis.The determination of platelet aggregation function is of great significance for the clinical diagnosis of prethrombotic state,thrombotic diseases and monitoring of antiplatelet drugs.The thrombelastogram test uses only a small amount of whole blood of the patient,and can dynamicallymonitor the entire coagulation process.The detection principle is different from the traditional coagulation function test，which is a detection method that can evaluate the dynamic process of coagulation and fibrinolysis as a whole.It can comprehensively evaluate the factors such as the formation speed,dissolution state,firmness,stability,elasticity and coagulation factors (fibrinogen,platelet counts and function)of fibrin clot.At present，thrombelastogram has been widely used in clinical practice.This paper reviews the research progress on the application of thrombelastogram in coagulation function test.
