| Application effect of humanized nursing in prosthodontics |

Abstract Objective To explore the application value of humanized nursing in prosthodontics. Methods A total of 100 patients with prosthodontics admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the random non double blind method, they were divided into control group (n=50) and observation group (n=50). The control group adopted the routine nursing method, and the observation group adopted the humanized nursing method. The scores of anxiety, depression self-assessment scale, nursing quality and patients′ nursing satisfaction were compared before and after nursing. Results There was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores between the two groups (P＞0.05). The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical difference (P＜0.05). The score of nursing service quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing has high application value in the patients with prosthodontics.It is helpful to improve the negative emotions of patients, improve the quality of nursing service, and improve the patients′ satisfaction with nursing, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
