参苓白术散结合耳穴压丸法综合治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with Ear Acupressure Pills on allergic rhinitis. Methods A total of 100 patients with allergic rhinitis treated in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected as research subjects. They were divided into Chinese medicine group (n=50) and Western medicine group (n=50) by the random number table method. Patients in the Chinese medicine group were treated with Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with Ear Acupressure Pills, and in the Western medicine group, they were treated with Cetirizine Hydrochloride. The differences in comprehensive effect, adverse reactions and quality of life between the two groups were compared. Results The total effectiveness rate of the Chinese medicine group was 96.00%, higher than that of the Western medicine group, accounting for 84.00%, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the Chinese medicine group was 2.00%, lower than that in the Western medicine group,accounting for 16.00%, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Before treatment, the scores of each item from quality of life scale including physical pain, physiological function, social function, mental health, and general health status between the two groups had no significant differences (P＞0.05). After treatment, the scores of these items in the quality of life scale including physical pain, physiological function, social function, mental health, and general health status in the Chinese medicine group were higher than those of the Western medicine group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment, the scores in the quality of life scale including physical pain, physiological function, social function, mental health, and general health status of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, with statistical significance (P＜0.05). Conclusion Treatment of allergic rhinitis with Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with Ear Acupressure Pills has a remarkable therapeutic effect and it′s safe and reliable,which is worthy of promotion.
