颌面部间隙感染患者麻醉围术期气道管理策略

Abstract Maxillofacial infection is one of the common emergency cases in oral and maxillofacial surgery. It has the characteristics of fast onset, severe illness, more complications and difficult airway management. Timely and effective surgical intervention can effectively control the progress of infection. Therefore, the anesthesiologists are highly required for the ability of airway management during the anesthesia period. Appropriate ventilation management strategy can effectively reduce the damage to patients and avoid respiratory failure or even cardiac arrest caused by ventilation disorders to the greatest extent. This article describes the pre anesthesia evaluation, the selection of airway management methods, the common and special problems of various airway management methods and the prevention measures. It provides strategies and methods for peri anesthesia period airway management of patients with maxillofacial space infection.
