人工流产术后即刻放置不同节育器对人工流产术孕妇的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the influence of different intrauterine device (IUD) on pregnant women with artificial abortion. Methods A total of 78 pregnant women who underwent artificial abortion in our hospital from July 2016 to December 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, 39 cases in each group. The control group was placed with a copper-containing IUD immediately after the abortion, and the observation group was placed with Man Yuele immediately after the villi were sucked out after the abortion. rate. The use of contraceptives, infection of reproductive tract and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups at 6 months after operation. Results The abnormal use rate of contraceptive device in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in reproductive tract infection between the two groups (P＞0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Compared with copper-containing IUDs, placing Man Yuele immediately after artificial abortion can effectively reduce the abnormal use of IUD, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and does not increase the incidence of reproductive tract infections. It can be widely used in clinical practice.
