保全阴道黏膜的阴道紧缩术治疗阴道松弛的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of vagina tightening to preserve vaginal mucosa in the treatment of vaginal relaxation. Methods From July 2017 to July 2019, 60 cases of vaginal relaxation treated in our hospital were selected for retrospective study, they were divided into two groups according to the surgical methods, 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional vaginal tightening, and the observation group was treated with vaginal tightening to preserve the vaginal mucosa.The operation time, intraoperative bleeding, total incidence of postoperative complications, vaginal relaxation, sexual function score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups (P＞0.05).The amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 0.00%, which was lower than 13.33% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment, the relaxation degree of vagina in the two groups was better than that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05),and the relaxation degree of vagina in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment, the scores of sexual function and quality of life in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05), the scores of sexual function and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05). Conclusion The vagina tightening to preserve the vagina mucosa can reduce the surgical trauma of the patients with vagina relaxation, reduce the postoperative complications, improve the vagina relaxation, improve the sexual function, and improve the quality of life.
