消化内镜在上消化道出血治疗中的临床应用价值研究

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the clinical application value of digestive endoscopy in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.MethodsFrom January 2013 to December 2016,60 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were enrolled from our hospital.By a random number table,the patients were evenly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.In control group,drug conservative therapy was used,while in observation group,digestive endoscopy was adopted.The total effectiveness rate,hemostasis time,time of abating fever,rebleeding rate,incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effectiveness rate in the observation group was 93.33%,significantly higher than that in the control group accounting for 73.33%(P＜0.05).The hemostatic time and time of abating fever in the observation group were both shorter in comparison with those in the control group(P＜0.05).The re-bleeding rate and incidence of complications in the observation group were 3.33%and 10.00%,both lower than those in the control group,20.00%and 33.33%respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionFor patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,application of digestive endoscopy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,facilitate the hemostasis,and can also obviously reduce the incidence of rebleeding and complications.
