万古霉素在新生儿感染性疾病应用中的研究进展

Abstract Vancomycin, as a special-use antibacterial drug, plays an important role in the treatment of severe infections.It is the first choice for critical infections caused by Gram-positive bacteria, especially Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus infections.The incidence of serious infectious disease is high in newborns and recently Grampositive bacterial infections are increasing, the application of Vancomycin in pediatrics is becoming more and more widespread, but there are still some problems.Newborns are a special group, whose functions of kidney and other organs are immature, their pharmacokinetics is unique, and the individual differences are significant.At present, the optimal dosing regimen, efficacy and safety of Vancomycin in neonates still lack consensus.In recent years, the clinical application of Vancomycin in neonates has attracted great attention in the medical fields, and this article reviews the advances in the application of Vancomycin in neonatal infectious diseases.
