| Application effect of whole-course negative pressure superficial suction combined with intratracheal drip in nursing of laryngeal cancer patients after operation |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of whole negative pressure superficial sputum suction combined with intratracheal drip in the nursing of laryngeal cancer patients after operation.Methods From January 2017 to June 2019,30 patients with laryngeal carcinoma treated in our hospital were selected as the observation group,and 30 patients with laryngeal carcinoma who underwent routine manual sputum excretion were taken as the control group.The total incidence of nursing adverse events,disposable tracheal catheter cleanliness score,sputum aspiration compliance rate and satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than that in the control group (30.00%),with statistical difference (P<0.05).The cleanliness score of disposable tracheal tube in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical difference (P<0.05).The total compliance rate of sputum aspiration in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 66.67% in the control group,with statistical difference (P<0.05).The satisfaction score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of whole negative pressure sputum suction combined with intratracheal drip in postoperative nursing of laryngeal cancer is helpful to maintain the cleanliness of the catheter,It has the clinical value of popularization.
