| Effect of inhaled Glucocorticoid on stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease |

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the therapeutic effect of inhaled Glucocorticoid on stable COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease).Methods60 patients with stable COPD who treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected.All patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the treatment.methods,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment.The levels of FEV1,FVC,6-min walking distance （6-MWD）,TNF-α (TNF-α),IL-8,dyspnea score,quality of life score,the number of slow-onset pulmonary attack,BMI were measured one month after treatment.ResultsThe scores of FEV1,FVC,6-MWD,BMI and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group,TNF-α,IL-8,dyspnea score and the number of slow-onset pulmonary episodes were lower than those in the control group,difference s were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionInhaled glucocorticoid treatment is effective in the treatment of stable COPD,and the safety is high.It can improve the pulmonary function of the patients,reduce the number of COPD attacks,reduce the symptoms of dyspnea,and thus continuously improve the quality of life of patients,worthy of clinical application.
