结膜下注射与眼内注射在葡萄膜炎所致黄斑水肿患者中的效果比较

Abstract Objective To compare the effect of subconjunctival injection and intraocular injection in patients with macular edema caused by uveitis.Methods A total of 72 patients with macular edema caused by uveitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected.All patients were randomly divided into the control group (n=36) and the study group (n=36).Patients in the control group received Triamcinolone by subconjunctival injection;and patients in the study group received Triamcinolone by intraocular injection.The optimal corrected visual acuity,macular fovea thickness,and therapeutic effect of patients in two groups were compared.Results The optimal corrected visual acuities in the study group were higher than those in the control group at 1,2,and 3 months after operation with statistical significance (P<0.05).The thickness of macular fovea was thinner than that of the control group at 1,2,and 3 months after operation,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effect rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Intraocular injection of triamcinolone in patients with macular edema due to uveitis can improve the treatment effect,and promote the correction of patient′s vision,which has high clinical application value.
