健脾生血片治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血的效果

Abstract Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Shengxue Tablets in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy（IDA）.Methods From April 2017 to March 2019,164 patients with IDA treated in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group,82 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Polysaccharide Iron Complex Capsules,and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Shengxue Tablets in basic of the control group.Clinical effect,the blood routine indexes and iron metabolism indexes were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in red blood cell count (RBC),hemoglobin (Hb),hematocrit (HCT),blood mean red cell volume (MCV) level between the two groups before treatment,but RBC,Hb,HCT and MCV levels in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference levels of serum ferritin (SF),transferrin saturation;transferring saturation (TSAT),serum ferritin content (SI) between the two groups before treatment，the levels of SF,TSAT and SI in the two groups were higher than those before treatment，and the observation group was higher than the control group，the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was compared with that in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant (P＞0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Shengxue Tablets is effective in the treatment of IDA,which can improve the blood routine index and iron metabolism index of the patients,and promote the rehabilitation of the patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
