Correlation between the expression level of expression of Decoy receptor 3 in cervical lesions and high-risk human papillomavirus infection |

Abstract Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of Decoy receptor 3 (DcR3) in cervical lesions and high-risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) infection.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) from January 2017 to June 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The pathological group was divided into 16 cases of CINⅠgroup and 24 cases of CIN Ⅱgroup.For example,27 patients in the CINⅢgroup and 13 patients in the cervical cancer group.The expression levels of DcR3 in each group were compared.The positive rate of HR-HPV infection and the correlation with the degree of carcinogenesis were analyzed.Results The positive rate of HR-HPV in CIN Ⅰgroup was 43.75%,the positive rate of HR-HPV in CIN Ⅱgroup was 62.50%,the positive rate of HR-HPV in CIN Ⅲgroup was 88.89%.the positive rate of HR-HPV in cervical cancer group was 92.31%.The positive rate of DcR3 in CIN Ⅰgroup was 31.25%,the positive rate of DcR3 in CIN Ⅱgroup was 45.83%,and the positive rate of DcR3 in CIN Ⅲgroup was 66.67%,the positive rate of DcR3 was 76.92% in the cervical cancer group.The Spearman analysis showed that the severity of CIN was positively correlated with HR-HPV infection and DcR3 expression(r=0.426,0.324,P<0.05);and the expression level of DcR3 in cervical lesions and HRHPV infection is positively correlated(r=0.426,0.324,P<0.05).Conclusion The high-risk HPV infection and DcR3 expression are positively correlated with cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.The positive rate of HRHPV and DcR3 increases with the degree of CIN lesion,and the expression level of DcR3 in cervical lesions and HRHPV infection is positively correlated.
