真空辅助旋切术与经乳晕旁切口手术治疗乳腺良性包块的效果比较

Abstract Objective To compare the effect of vacuum-assisted rotary resection and para-areolar incision on the treatment of benign breast mass.Methods A total of 240 patients with benign breast mass treated in Zhanjiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2016 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group (n=120) and the observation group (n=120) according to the random paper method.In the control group,surgery in a para-areolar incision was used,and in the observation group,vacuum-assisted rotary resection was applied.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,treatment cost,clinical breast cosmetic effect,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the amount of bleeding during the operation was less than that of the control group,the treatment cost was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of clinical breast cosmetic effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vacuum-assisted rotary resection for patients with benign breast masses has fewer traumas,shorter operation time,better breast cosmetic effect,fewer complications,but higher treatment costs compared with those by a para-areolar incision.
