身痛逐瘀汤在瘀血阻滞型退行性髋关节炎行人工全髋关节置换术后的应用

Abstract Objective To evaluate the effect of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction on degenerative hip arthritis with blood stasis block after total hip arthroplasty.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 40 cases of degenerative hip arthritis with blood stasis block treated in our hospital from February 2018 to October 2019.According to different treatment schemes,they were divided into control group and observation group,20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with total hip replacement.The observation group was treated with total hip replacement and oral Shentong Zhuyu Decoction for 2 weeks 24h after operation.The pain scores and hip function scores of the two groups in different time periods after operation were compared.Results The pain scores of the observation group were (7.12±1.06)points at 1 week,(5.76±1.21) points at 4 weeks and (3.15±1.19) points at 12 weeks after operation,which were lower than those of the control group for (8.65±1.12),(6.42±1.12) and (4.63±0.92) points respectively (P<0.05).The hip joint function score of the observation group was (41.02±4.01) points at 1 week after operation,(62.23±3.15) points at 4 weeks and (82.12±5.29) points at 12 weeks after operation,which were higher than those of the control group (33.13±4.08),(51.23±4.35) and (66.56±5.21) points respectively (P<0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction 24h after total hip arthroplasty for degenerative hip arthritis with blood stasis block can significantly improve the microcirculation of soft tissues around the hip joint,reduce the production of inflammatory media and promote the absorption of inflammatory media,significantly reduce the pain after total hip arthroplasty and promote the functional recovery after total hip arthroplasty.
