益气活血汤与骨折消肿汤预防老年髋部骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果比较

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction and Fracture Detumescence Decoction in preventing deep venous thrombosis in lower limbs after hip fracture in the elderly.Methods Sixty elderly hip fracture patients who underwent hip replacement surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the research subjects and divided into experimental group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Fracture Detumescence Decoction after operation, and the experimental group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Decoction after operation.The incidence of deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs, incidence of adverse reactions, plasma prothrombin time, fibrinogen, activated partial thrombin time,D-dimer levels were compared.Results The incidence of lower limbs deep venous thrombosis in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); The plasma prothrombin time and activated partial thrombin time were longer in the experimental group than in the control group, and the levels of fibrinogen and D-dimer were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Elderly hip fracture surgery patients receiving Yiqi Huoxue Decoction can promote blood circulation and reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs, and have fewer adverse reactions, which is worthy of promotion and application.
