连续性硬膜外麻醉对产妇无痛分娩镇痛效果、产程及母婴结局的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the influence of continuous epidural anesthesia on analgesic effect, labor process and maternal and infant outcome of painless delivery in parturients.Methods A total of 500 cases of parturient patients admitted to hospital from January 2015 to April 2019 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into group A (250 cases) and group B (250 cases) according to the random number table method.Group A did not receive labor analgesia, and group B received continuous epidural anesthesia.The analgesic effect, duration of labor process and maternal and infant outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention, the visual analogy scale (VAS)score of group B was higher than that of group A, the first and second duration of labor process in group B were shorter than that in group A, the rate of spontaneous delivery in group B was higher than that in group A, and the rate of neonatal asphyxia in group B was lower than that in group A, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous epidural anesthesia of painless delivery in parturients can effectively relieve the degree of labor pain, shorten the time of labor process, improve the rate of spontaneous delivery, and improve the outcome of maternal and infant.It is worthy of popularizing and application in clinical practice.
