全麻或硬膜外麻醉对缺血再灌注患者心肌功能的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the influence of general anesthesia or epidural anesthesia on myocardial function in patients with ischemia-reperfusion.Methods From October 2016 to October 2018, 60 patients who received abdominal surgery in our hospital and had myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to random number table method, 30 cases in each group.General anesthesia was performed in the control group, and epidural anesthesia was performed in the study group.The effects of surgery anesthesia, changes of myocardial function related indexes before and after anesthesia, adverse reactions induced by anesthesia, recovery time of anesthesia, hospitalization time and patients′ satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of anesthesia in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the recovery time and postoperative hospitalization time of anesthesia in the study group were shorter than that in the control group, and the satisfaction of anesthesia program and effect in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Patients undergoing abdominal surgery and myocardial injury due to ischemia-reperfusion received epidural anesthesia during the treatment period, which can not only improve the effect of anesthesia, but also reduce the impact on myocardial function, shorten the postoperative recovery time and hospitalization time, so as to reduce anesthesia related adverse reactions and achieve the desired effect.
