早期护理干预在重型颅脑损伤术后偏瘫早期功能练习配合高压氧治疗患者中的应用

Abstract Objective To explore the application of early nursing intervention in patients with severe traumatic brain injury undergoing early functional exercise combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy.Methods From August 2017 to February 2019, 60 patients with severe traumatic brain injury treated with early functional exercise combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy were selected.They were divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=30) according to the different nursing methods.The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given early nursing intervention.The total compliance of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and (FMA)score of limb motor function scale were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment compliance of hyperbaric oxygen in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the score of FMA in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%, higher than that of the control group (66.67%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The early nursing intervention has a remarkable effect in the early functional exercises of the hemiplegic patients after the severe head injury and the application of the hyperbaric oxygen in the patients, can effectively improve the treatment compliance of the patients, improve the function recovery speed of the limbs, and improve the satisfaction of the patients on the nursing.
