Abstract The paper systematically expounds the status quo and existing problems of the development of the nursing post degree training model.By combining the policy guidelines and social needs of the big health era, it analyzes the causes of the problems and proposes reasonable and effective countermeasures.At the same time, starting from the actual needs of senior nursing talents in the nursing professional training and social development of colleges and universities in China, this paper explores the construction and perfection of the training model of nursing professional degree under the perspective of great health, which is the innovative and driven for the next stage of nursing professional graduate students.The mode of training provides theoretical basis and practical experience, with a view to helping to promote the prosperity and development of the postgraduate career in nursing profession in China.
