优化后适应术式对急诊经皮冠状动脉介入术急性心肌梗死患者心肌再灌注损伤的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the influence of optimized operation mode on myocardial reperfusion injury in patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing emergency percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）.Methods From March 2018 to September 2019, 60 patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent emergency PCI were selected as the study objects.All patients were divided into control group (30 cases) and optimization group (30 cases) according to random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional PCI, and the patients in the optimization group were treated with PCI which was suitable for comfort.The differences of creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) and amino terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) between the two groups(△CK-MB, △NT-proBNP) were compared.The indexes of color Doppler echocardiography were compared between the two groups.Results The △CK-MB and △NT-proBNP in the optimized group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Immediately after surgery，there were no significant differences between the two groups in left atrial diameter (LA), left ventricular diastolic diameter (LVDD), left ventricular systolic diameter (LVDS) and ejection fraction (EF) (P>0.05).One month after the operation, the LVDS and EF of the patients in the optimization group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The optimized PCI for patients with acute myocardial infarction can effectively improve the myocardial status and improve the level of cardiac function, so as to achieve better therapeutic effect.
