右美托咪定在全髋关节置换术患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the application effect of Dexmedetomidine in patients undergoing total hip replacement.Methods A total of 78 patients who underwent total hip replacement treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the subjects，and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method，with 39 cases in each group.The observation group received Dexmedetomidine 0.50 μg/kg intravenous infusion of 20 ml before induction of anesthesia，while the control group received the same amount of saline intravenously.The recovery of anesthesia and the occurrence of restlessness were compared between the two groups，and the scores of analgesia and sedation（Ramsay）at 6，12 and 24h after operation were compared.Results There was no significant difference in spontaneous breathing recovery time and eye opening time between the two groups（P＞0.05）.The incidence of restlessness in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.The visual analogue scale（VAS）scores of the two groups at 24hours after operation were lower than that at 12 hours after operation，and the VAS scores at 12 hours after operation were higher than that at 6 hours after operation，and the differences were statistically significant（P＜0.05）.There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups at 24hours after operation and 6 hours after operation（P＞0.05）.The VAS scores of the observation group at 6，12 hours and 24hours after operation were lower than those of the control group，and the differences were statistically significant（P＜0.05）.The Ramsay scores of the two groups at 24hours after operation were lower than those at 12 hours after operation，and the Ramsay scores of the two groups at 12 hours after operation were lower than those at 6 hours after operation，and the differences were statistically significant（P＜0.05）.The Ramsay scores of the observation group at 6，12 hours and 24hours after operation were higher than those of the control group，and the differences were statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The application of Dexmedetomidine in patients undergoing total hip replacement does not significantly prolong the recovery time of anesthesia，and it can reduce the incidence of restlessness and obtain better sedative and analgesic effects.
