鼻内镜下鼻窦炎手术中行中鼻甲外侧壁切除的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of lateral wall resection of middle turbinate in patients with sinusitis undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods From January 2014 to June 2018，200 patients with sinusitis undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery were selected as the subjects，and divided into control group and study group by random number table method，with 100 cases in each group.Routine sinus surgery was performed in the control group，and lateral wall resection of the middle turbinate was performed in the study group.The patients in the two groups were followed up for 6 to 12 months.The clinical therapeutic effect，clinical symptom score and quality of life score before and after treatment，adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was 96.00%，which was higher than that of the control group（88.00%），the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.The nasal congestion score of the study group was（3.30±1.15）points，and the nasal leakage score was（4.05±1.20）points，the olfactory disorder score was（3.20±1.15）points，and the head and face pain score was（3.25±1.06）points，which were lower than those in the control group of（5.15±1.25），（5.35±1.85），（4.20±1.05），（4.80±1.55）points，the differences were statistically significant（P＜0.05）.The overall health score of the study group after treatment was（74.45±12.65）points，and the physiological function score was（72.80±13.90）points，the score of physiological function was（65.65±10.40）points，the score of somatic pain was（69.95±11.50）points，the score of vitality was（80.50±14.75）points，the score of social function was（81.60±14.55）points，and the score of emotional function was（90.30±12.50）points，the mental health score was（76.75±13.70）points，which were higher than those in the control group of（62.50±10.10），（66.30±10.35），（58.80±8.70），（63.80±10.65），（71.40±12.50），（74.70±12.05），（77.45±13.50），（66.75±12.40）points，the differences were statistically significant（P＜0.05）.The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 10.00%，which was lower than that of the control group（15.00%），and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The effect of the lateral wall resection of the middle turbinate during endoscopic sinusitis is accurate，which is worthy of clinical application.
