抗生素相关性腹泻治疗的研究进展

Abstract Antibiotic-associated diarrhea is a common complication during the use of antibiotics in hospitalized patients, with an incidence rate of 5% to 39%.According to the different symptoms and signs, there are five types of this disease, among which simple diarrhea type and colitis type are more common, and pseudomembranous colitis type,hemorrhagic colitis type and fulminant colitis type are relatively rare.Conventional treatment programs, such as discontinuation of relevant antibiotics, combined use of probiotics or antidiarrheal drugs, can alleviate patients′ condition and improve their symptoms to some extent, but the curative effect is not satisfactory for some patients with critical condition.In recent years, the use of integrated Chinese and Western medicine to dialectically treat antibiotic-associated diarrhea has achieved certain results, providing new ideas for the treatment of antibiotic-associated diarrhea.This article briefly discusses the progress of research on Chinese and Western medicine for antibiotic-associated diarrhea.
