COOK宫颈球囊联合催产素在高危孕妇引产中的应用效果

Abstract [Abstract]Objective To investigate the application effect of COOK cervical balloon combined with Oxytocin on induction of labor in high-risk pregnant women.Methods A total of 58 high-risk pregnant women admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects，they were divided into the observation group（30 cases）and the control group（28 cases）using the random number table method.The control group used Oxytocin to induce labor，and the observation group used COOK cervical balloon combined with Oxytocin to induce labor.The terms of childbirth，clinical effects of promoting cervical maturity，total incidence of complications，and Apgar scores of newborns were compared between the two groups.Results The total labor duration of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group，the number of medications was fewer than that of the control group，the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and cesarean section rates were lower than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P＜0.05）.The total effective rate of cervical maturation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.There were no significant differences in the total incidence of postpartum complications and Apgar scores between the two groups（P＞0.05）.Conclusion COOK cervical balloon combined with Oxytocin for induction of labor in high-risk pregnant women can shorten the total labor process，reduce the number of medications，postpartum hemorrhage and cesarean section，improve the effect of induction of labor，without increasing postpartum complications and the Apgar score of newborns，which is worthy of clinical application.
